This insert fills the voids in the factory Subaru transmission mount to help control excessive transmission movement without replacing the entire mount. By supporting the OEM rubber mount, it can help reduce clunking, shaking, drivetrain movement, and unwanted wobble under acceleration, deceleration, and shifting load.
Available in 60D Soft and 85D Medium urethane, this insert lets you choose the feel that matches your build. The 60D option is the most common choice for daily drivers looking for improved stability with minimal added noise or vibration. The 85D option is firmer and better suited for customers who want more drivetrain control, but it may transmit more resonance into the cabin.

The stiffer 85d Medium may transmit more resonance in the vehicle.
