Manufacturing:

• Strut Spacers

To ensure unparalleled strength and reliability, our strut spacers are built from 3/16” steel plate, CNC fiber-laser cut for precise fitment, and robotically MIG welded for consistent, repeatable weld quality. Front spacers receive 24” of total weld per spacer, while rear spacers receive 20” of total weld per spacer—delivering unmatched durability and long-term performance. We’ve also updated the mounting to pressed-in, replaceable studs, eliminating welded-on studs for improved serviceability and reliability. 

• Multi-Link Spacers

Additionally, our multi-link spacers are crafted from 1/4” steel, formed and robotically MIG welded into a rigid 5-sided boxed structure with 15” of total weld per spacer. The mounting employs a two-piece bolt design for added durability, with the upper portion secured to the chassis and the lower portion secured to the subframe—allowing the spacer itself to carry part of the supporting load, rather than relying on a single long bolt to support everything.

Factory Alignment:
Maintaining factory alignment specifications is crucial, which is why our steel spacers include Camber and improved Caster offsets. We advise getting an alignment after installation to account for any potential human error during the installation of camber bolts.

Multi-Link Spacers:
We highly recommend installing multi-link spacers to keep your tires centered in their factory location and prevent rubbing when larger tires are installed.

Relocation:
Our kit includes brake line brackets to alleviate tension in the brake line after installation.

Rear Height Additions:
We offer various heights of rear spacers to address added load in the vehicle or to level out vehicles that aren’t sitting evenly. Each spacer is constructed as a single solid piece, eliminating the need for stacking. Adding 3/8” compensates for mild loads/weight (75 lbs.), + ½” more for excessive loads/weight (90 lbs.).
