Manufacturing:

Crafted from high-quality 3/16” steel plates with a ¼” solid center steel tube, ensuring robustness and longevity even under the most challenging conditions. MIG welded with six 4” welds for superior strength and stability. MIG welded four times with 5” welds to withstand heavy loads and rough terrain. Constructed from 1/4" steel, formed and TIG welded into a 5-sided box. The mounting design features a 2-piece bolt design for added security and stability, with the upper portion mounted to the chassis and the lower portion to the subframe.

Factory Alignment: 

Camber and improved Caster offsets are integrated into the steel spacers to maintain factory alignment specifications. While the kit includes alignment features, we recommend getting a professional alignment after installation to ensure precision and accuracy.

Multi-Link Spacers:

Installing multi-link spacers is recommended to keep your tires centered in their factory location, preventing rubbing when larger tires are installed.

Relocation:

• Brake line brackets are included in the kit to alleviate tension in the brake lines after installation, enhancing safety and reliability.

Rear Height Additions: Various heights of rear spacers are available to compensate for added load in the vehicle or level out vehicles that are not sitting evenly. The added height is built into one solid spacer, eliminating the need for stacking different spacers and ensuring structural integrity. Adding 3/8” compensates for mild loads/weight (75 lbs.), + ½” more for excessive loads/weight (90 lbs.).
