1995-1999 Subaru Outback 4" Lift Kit

Transform your 1995-1999 Subaru Outback with our 4” Lift Kit, designed to maximize clearance and enhance off-road capability. This comprehensive kit includes a 4” strut spacer and a full Subframe spacers kit to correct CV joint angles, thereby extending their lifespan. The Spacer Kit comprises spacers for the Engine Crossmember, Transmission, Carrier bearing, Differential hanger, and rear Differential. The estimated installation time is 10-12 hours minimum.

Manufacturing Quality:

• For utmost strength and reliability, we laser cut and form 1/4" Steel with added gussets, ensuring precise fitment with all laser-cut holes.

Factory Alignment and CV Joint Angles:

• To maintain optimal CV joint angles, especially when exceeding 2.5" of lift, subframe spacers are included to keep the CV joints within a 2-2.5" range over the factory angle. The steel spacers are designed with built-in Camber and improved Caster offsets. Post-installation alignment is recommended to account for any potential variations during installation.

Trailing Arm Spacers:

• The kit includes 3” Trailing Arm Spacers.

Rear Height Adjustments:

• Various heights of rear spacers are available for adjusting load capacity or vehicle leveling. Spacers are designed as one solid piece, eliminating the need for stacking. Adding 3/8” compensates for mild loads/weight (75 lbs.), + ½” more for excessive loads/weight (90 lbs.).

Additional Components:

• The kit includes a longer pitch mount and radiator hose extension.
• Note: Steering shaft extension is NOT included.
• Requirements: Upper radiator hose modification with provided extension, steering shaft welding, manual transmission shift linkage modification (not included), possible air box modification, and other potential adjustments for proper functionality.
