2014-2018 Subaru Forester 1.5" Multi Link Spacer (XT)
Ensuring the proper alignment of your 2014-2018 Forester's rear wheels and maintaining correct rear suspension geometry after installing a lift kit is crucial. Multi-link spacers play a key role in achieving this by keeping the rear tires centered and adjusting for the geometry change, thereby preventing rubbing of the rear tires on the forward portion of the fender.
Manufacturing:
Multi-link spacers are crafted from 1/4" steel, forming a durable 5-sided box that is TIG welded for strength. The mounting design involves a two-piece bolt configuration, with the upper portion of the spacer mounted to the chassis and the lower portion to the subframe.
Multi-Link Spacers:
We highly recommend installing multi-link spacers to maintain tire alignment in its factory position, effectively preventing rubbing when larger tires are installed.
Relocation:
Included in the kit are brake line brackets designed to alleviate tension in the brake line post-installation, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
