Carrier bearing spacer and 65 trans mount

Everything lined up and bolted up nice and easy. Took the 15-20mph vibration out and set the driveline at a much better angle with the lift in!

Inputs have much better feedback and this combined with the IRONMAN lift, transmission mount insert, and rear dif inserts have eliminated any lurch and stutter around 20moh and when coming to a stop.

Align that drive shaft

Noticeable reduction of wobble after installing this.
Bare minimum to no vibration exists after this + CKE insert (65D).

Vibrations don't just occur at the ramp up accelerating past 17-20mph, another vibration node exists around 68-73mph and installing this with the CKE insert eliminated that after a 2"front/2.5"rear ADF lift. the 17-20mph one was annoying to get over, but when you're cruising at 72mph you don't want to be on top of that vibration node.

Buy this + CKE insert and eliminate the harlem shuffle/ booty rumble.

100% suggest to anyone lifting their roo, no matter height/what type of lift you go with(suspension vs. spacer).

Does what it says.

Lifted my Outback, got the driveline vibration at around 20mph. Ordered this spacer straight away and installed it, vibration went away.

Stock 2018 Outback center bearing bolts are 14mm, the new bolts are 17mm, and you need 12mm for the heat shield. Grab a wrench and a socket for each of these, some of the space is tight.

The only issue I had with the install was getting the exhaust heat shield back in to place, because it interfered with where the new position of the center bearing was. The heat shield is thin aluminium though, so it's not that hard to kind of bend it and get it to fit.

Install took me about a half hour in the driveway with one side of the car jacked up, but well over half that time was going back and forth trying to figure out which sized tools I needed to undo stuff. That's why I included the sizes for y'all up above, so you don't have to try and figure it out. :)

In few cases a small wobble or vibration can occur on some makes and model newer Subaru's after lifting. This is only with lifts that lower the rear subframe with multi link spacers. Carrier bearing spacers levels out the drive line leveling it out. This spacer is one of the things we use to help to address this. If issue still occur we would recommend Anti Wobble transmission inserts as well.
