Fit perfect on our 2015 Subaru Outback. Placed a naturenest rooftop tent on it and it creates a solid base.
The crossbar system feels solid, was easy to install, and is no doubt better than the OEM option. It does make more road noise than the OEM but that didn't bother me. The problem I have is that I need to be able interchange between a number of rooftop items including a rooftop tent, cargo basket, and cargo box
fairly regularly. The new crossbar spread, which isn't listed anywhere in the description, is 37 7/8 which is too wide for my Yakima Skybox 16. I'm very disappointed I can't continue to use them and wouldn't have bought them had I known.
Well made. Worth the price. Attachment brackets and crossbars fit perfectly. I have a great deal more confidence using these bars than the factory bars on my 2016 outback. 132lb RTT mounted easily.
The custom Outback roof bar system was easy to install and heavy duty. It was perfect for our Roofnest tent.
I installed the cross bars before a a cross-country road trip to add greater roof load capacity since we would be camping and traveling with a rooftop tent. The cross bars worked amazingly well for my Subaru Outback and were easy to install.

This new ADF Crossbar design can hold 300lbs dynamic load per crossbar. Factory Crossbars are 150lbs Dynamic load total. These tie points locations can hold 150lbs dynamic each, 600lbs dynamic total. We believe our crossbars can hold more than this but factory tie points are the limiting factor in this case.

Main Crossbars are manufactured from 1/8" Steel and are CNC formed. 46" of Usable Crossbar. Mounting brackets are 1/4" formed Steel. Reliable and strong.
