Great product and reduces most of the vibration’s from the rear. Money well spent and easy install!
Had it in for a few weeks and my torq locker is much quieter. Be sure to torq them to around factory spec. On my outback left turns are near silent and right turns still click audible and clunk but it's much quieter and less severe on tight turns at low speed. Handling also seems slightly better at the rear end.
Simple 5-minute install. Immediately tighted up the rear diff. Money well-spent. Thanks , ADF.
Other than the CVT itself, these ADF inserts have made my outback feel like I am driving a WRX. Inputs have much better feedback and this combined with the transmission mount insert and center drive shaft spacers have eliminated any lurch and stutter. There is a bass-like vibration node at 50-53mph but I am considering this typical increased NVH.
ADF V1 Rear Differential Lock Out Bushings
ADF Lock Differential Lock Out Bushings reduce movement in the factory differential bushings by filling the void in the bushing with high quality 85a urethane rubber inserts. Manufactured in house in the USA, with the highest quality in mind. Custom ADF washers are included with this kit which prevents the insert from walking its way out of the bushing. These bushings also help torsion rotation in the ratcheting process with the Torqe Master Lockers, reducing noise and aiding a smoother ratcheting during cornering. This bushing may increase NVH in the vehicle. These inserts are designed to fit into the OEM Subaru Bushings, does not include new OEM bushings.
